How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery within France takes 3-5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within metropolitan France.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders within France.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the customer‘s responsibility.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 1-2 business days. The refund then takes up to 8 business days to appear on your original payment method. Total time: approximately 10 business days.
