Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within metropolitan France only. We do not ship to international destinations, French overseas territories, or PO boxes at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, delivery within France typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is provided on all orders within metropolitan France. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier‘s website.

Taxes and Duties

All prices displayed on our website include French VAT (TVA) as required by French law. No additional taxes or duties apply for deliveries within metropolitan France.
