Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with French consumer protection law.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@terracottaboutique.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• Date of purchase

• Proof of purchase

• Photos of the item(s)

• Reason for return

We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Who Pays Return Shipping?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

• We will inspect it within 1-2 business days

• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method

• The refund will be processed within 8 business days after approval

Total estimated time from our receipt of your return to your refund appearing: approximately 10 business days.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Intimate apparel and swimwear

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items marked as final sale

• Customized or personalized items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
